Refund and Returns Policy
At LastChanceOutlets, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. Please read the terms and conditions below for more details.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank for further clarification, as there may be processing delays on their end.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [email protected], and our customer service team will assist you further.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about the return.
Shipping
To return your product, please send it to the location designated by our customer service team .
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund Processing
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of whether your refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

We currently accept PayPal payment and major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.) via PayPal payments for a secure and seamless transaction experience. Your financial information is handled safely by those payment gateways, and at no point do we store or have access to your payment details.
